Handmade History Summer Camp

Join City Museum staff this summer for 1/2 Day Camps!

We will explore “Handmade History,” with all hands-on activities focusing on how early settlers of West Chicago made their own decorative, functional, and entertainment objects.
We will even make some food items like butter and jelly!

Monday, June 15th: Decorative Objects

Early settlers sometimes had to make their own decorative objects.
Campers will make dough ornaments, weavings, and baskets.

WHEN: All camps run 9:30 a.m.—12:00 noon
WHO: Ages 4—14 (Campers will be split into ages 4‐8 and 9‐14 for the best possible learning experience)
COST: $5.00 per camper (to cover supplies) Discounted for multiple children from same family
